About Romeo Papica MD
Dr Romeo Papica is board certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and currently holds a position as an active teacher and Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
He obtained his medical degree from the prestigious University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines in 1990. He completed his Family Medicine Residency Training at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine.
He is affiliated with Midland Memorial Hospital and has served twice as Section Chief of the Department of Family Medicine. Presently he holds an active consulting position at the Midland Memorial Hospital Wound Care Center.
He is currently an active member of the Texas State Guard Medical Corps.
Dr. Papica lives in Midland with his wife and young daughter and son. He enjoys reading, Tai Chi, biking and swimming in his spare time.
